  • Our People Strategy is to home grow people within the organisation for furthering our business. We do selective external hiring on need basis. In order to achieve this we have created a detailed Individual Development Plan (IDP) across all levels in the organization and we provide learning opportunities to each individual.
  • We have developed a comprehensive & robust Training & Development ‘T&D’ System to support our business and People Development Initiatives. The T&D System is reviewed periodically and aligned with our Business Plan.
  • We have in-house trained Supervisors, who had joined as Operators in the past. With the help of On-Job training, Continuous Mentoring by our skilled management team they were moulded into Team Leaders and then to Supervisors.
  • We have a level of Team Leaders between Operator and Supervisor, which is unique in the industry. Team Leaders act as a bridge between Operators and Supervisors. For every 8 operators one Team Leader is assigned. Team Leaders work closely with operators and help the shift supervisor in running the production process smoothly.
  • System Driven Process: Our processes are well defined and they are system driven and not person driven. We have built an ERP enabled production process. Right from the stock received to the end process, each step is covered under ERP and we have trained our employees to make full use of this during their course of work. With the help of this systematic approach, we are able to track any component at any given point in time.
