A detailed Job Descriptions and Competency for the role are in place for all the positions in the Company. These are used while sourcing and evaluating the candidates. In addition, we plan to conduct suitable Psychometric tests across all levels to map the behaviour to our Competency Framework.
The competencies of individuals are mapped to the competency matrix and gaps are identified.
An Individual Development Plan (IDP) is developed through the gaps identified for the current role and the competency needed for the higher role for High Potentials

The Best Practices are evaluated through a feasibility study by mapping these practices to our Industry. We integrate the same in our People Practice Strategy. The HR Team conducts an Annual Survey for benchmarking Compensation & Benefits, Welfare activities and Employee Engagement initiatives. In addition, our HR team comes with a varied range of experience in the industry and is well networked with the HR fraternity to fetch and compare data when needed.
